How can I secure my wedding day with you?Your date is not secured until a signed contract is completed and returned along with a 20% deposit of the total services. Note that your deposit comes out of the overall cost and all deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due the day of the wedding.

Do I need to know the total of services before booking for my wedding?No, if you are unsure of how many services you will need, you can always book the minimum (5 services) on the contract. We can always add on services as you get closer to your date. We do have a 5 service minimum for weddings Friday - Sunday. The trial is not included in the minimum.

Where are appointments held?Since we are strictly mobile, we offer on-location services for both weddings and special event appointments! For locations 20 miles outside of the LA area there will be an additional travel fee of $1.00 per mile to and from location.

Do you offer extensions?Yes! We love applying extensions. The only ones we use are clip-ins and you will need to supply your own. If you are buying new extensions it would be best to wash them with shampoo and conditioner. They have a film over them that helps keep them shiny, but it's not always the best for styling. Please allow plenty of time to do this before the trial or wedding to ensure they are dry.

How do I prep my hair for the wedding day?We recommend clean and completely dry hair for the bride and bridal party. You can wash your hair either the night before or the morning of. Avoid using any products in your hair.

Parking FeesClients are responsible for covering any valet or parking fees required at the venue or hotel. The fee will be added to your final invoice or added to the room.
